WHO WE ARE?

With the leadership’s 50+ years of cumulative experience in user study and experience design, product design, universal age responsive design, the team is well poised to revolutionize the healthcare patient engagement sector.

The team is a perfect mix of Experience design, inducted from large corporates like Oracle, Capgemini, Bates and Lowe holding portfolios of Product and Process Owner in UX strategy coupled with being trained and certified from Stanford’s Design Thinking School. Including Pharma and Pharmacovigilance consultants who assist in patient interactions and ensure excellence in disease management.

Best in class experience from servicing clients like ITC, IFB, Lifton Magnets Singapore and Curo Healthcare, from building their brand presence from the very inception. We are well equipped with a design incubation team to churn software product designs and patient engagement models on the guiding principals of design thinking.

Team has collaborated and worked in AR/MR projects for prestigious Indian Parliament and Museum. Have delivered Kids Robotics UX research and design project in partnership with an US based design studio. Extensive knowledge on latest technology design trends of Blockchain, AI enabled chat bots, machine learning for analytics.

We abide by Stanford D School Design Thinking methodology of Empathize – Design – Ideate – Prototype – Test which produces designs with a strong user and trending market perspective. This helps us to blend seamlessly business needs and user need for greater customer satisfaction and delight.
There is this saying that creativity is mess – “we say not true. It’s an Organized Deadline oriented mess”. None are experts in this world – everyone is in constant learning mode as we also think ourselves to be. We are forever learning new methods and technologies to create, innovate and design and that’s how we grow and keep up with time.

Transitioned and successfully delivered Patient Support projects for global pharma majors along with Remote Patient Monitoring, Pharmacovigilance and Regulatory with a decade long stint at Tech Mahindra.
